A shave ice artist at Nice Ice is committed to the success of Nice Ice and provides the community with the best products and customer service. This position requires daily tasks such as opening and closing the shack, managing inventory control, maintaining cleanliness, and providing memorable customer service, in order to create an efficient and successful work environment. Your personal behavior and demeanor should represent the Nice Ice brand. Accountability and being a go-getter, along with engaging with the customer are examples of providing an efficient and quality product. In this position, you may also have the opportunity to train and supervise new hirees, along with being on-call.
